i'just developed this utility for internet explorer [BETA Version]!

Requirements: IE 5.0 or Higher & RAM 48 MB or Higher

Feature:
1.this program Enable[s] to View Tamil Web Page[s] with out Downloading (Used/Specified) Tamil Font[s]..!
2.Automatically Detect the English and Tamil Font[s]/Font Encoding[s] and Convert to Your Own/Installed Tamil Font..!
Therfore No Need to Download Tamil Font[s].
You Can View Tamil Website[s] into Your Font[52 Font Encoding[s] Supported].!

How to:
1.Install the IE_FDECODER.msi..!
2.Modify The C:\Font.Txt (Put/Replace Your Own Font Name into C:\Font.txt File)
3.View Any Tamil Website(now Unicode format not Supported).!
4.Click Tamil Font Decoder in Internet Explorer > Tools> Tamil Font Decoder.!
wait for 2/3 Seconds for Decoding(depends on your system speed)
5.Now Veiw the WebPage in Your Font..!
